AHHH sorry i got really lazy halfway thus it's probably makes no sense. D: feel free to ask questions !!
( note : i use paint tool sai )
One thing to remember is that this isn't really cookie-cutter at all. Hair is always flowing around and moving so each step I change around things a lot ~ Definitely don't follow this too closely, I was trying to give an rough overview of how I do it. (/u)
