color pallette: i tried to make a pallette something like this (from syosa: www.pixeljoint.com/2009/10/03/… )
giffy: this program here giffy.softpile.com (although there is probably a way to make it transparent with photoshop or smthn, but i'm noob)
Here is a step-by-step for the last pixel i did. ^ U ^ Since I don't pixel often I don't exactly have a refined technique but this is what I did for this one laughs. ;;
Feel free to ask questions, although first I encourage you to try to google/look for answers yourself, unless it's something difficult to find/specific to what I did here - I'm more than happy to help you! Thanks <3
this is wonderful! paint? OMG! fantastic bbyz!
Sweet a pixel tutorial that don't confuse the floof out of my brain ^w^
so happy to hear it makes sense hehe! ^ U ^
this? paint? .____.
i don't get how people can just be like, "i'm gonna use these colors and fuck what logic says" and use them so perfectly. whenever i try to do that kind of thing, i just stare at the picker/palette and get overwhelmed with all the color options and then my brain shrivels up like a raisin. you really emulated syosa's palette style well while holding onto your own style. very naisu.
color usage comes with practice, you gain a sense of what colors go well together. i'm sure you'll get the hang of it! ^ Q ^
ahh thank you so much <33
bless the soul of qt chocuu
